Overview

Casual Positions Available. WINNER! Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Award – Institute of Hospitality 2024. The Marsham Court Hotel has been making huge developments over the last few years, becoming one of the most accessible and inclusive venues in the UK. With a focus on employee welfare, flexibility and creating a dynamic atmosphere, we pride ourselves on our amazing team. We are one of the busiest venues in Bournemouth and our team love the buzz and energy of being part of the Marsham Court family.

As our Food & Beverage Assistant you will:

  • Give fantastic service on one of our four bars
  • Serve meals to our resident guests in our restaurant
  • Deliver amazing events such as weddings and birthdays
  • Help to make our events look and feel beautiful with an eye for detail
  • Take care of our building and make sure it is always clean and looking great

This is a flexible role split between restaurant and bar, meaning each day will be different and you will get a variety of shift patterns.

We are looking for people with the desire to learn and grow in an environment that encourages you to use your flair to deliver amazing experiences for our guests. We also have a dedicated Training & Development Manager focused on mentoring you and giving you the skills you need to succeed in your career.

  • Mental health first aid qualifications for key team members
  • An increased social calendar to bring our team together more often outside of work
  • A partnership with Bourne Free to deliver an event for the elderly LGBTQ+ community
  • A huge fundraising event for Dorset Children’s Foundation
