We’re Hiring Female Support Workers – Stratford Upon Avon. Must be flexible for working. This role includes evenings, sleeping nights and alternative weekends. Full UK driving licence required for this role. Please note: we are not offering visa sponsorships for this position. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK at the time of application.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- You’ll support individuals with learning disabilities and/or complex needs to live as independently as possible – making their own choices, staying active, and feeling valued every day.
- Your role will include:
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Helping with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, shopping, and personal care
- Supporting people to access community activities and healthcare appointments
- Monitoring wellbeing and ensuring safety at all times
- Working closely with families and professionals
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, caring attitude – we value personality over experience!
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work sleep-ins, evenings, and weekends
- Experience is a plus but not essential – full training provided
- An interest in promoting independence and inclusion
- Physically active and able to swim is essential for this role.
