Location: Dudley

Salary: Weekdays £45 and Weekends £50 (2.5 to 3.0 calls per hour)

Required Documents:

  • Enhanced DBS - if on the update service we need original to compare; if not on the update service – valid within 3 years
  • Right to Work - in date passport or full-size birth certificate (colour)
  • Copy of valid registration – NMC and HCPC

Must have:

  • Prescribing certificate (V300)
  • Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice
  • Level 7 qualification in Minor Illness
  • Level 7 qualification in Minor Injury
  • Level 7 qualification specific to the role i.e., diabetic Nurse Specialist/ACP
  • Proof of Indemnity
  • 2 References – within 2 years
  • Vaccination history - Tetanus, diphtheria and poli, MMR, BCG, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Influenza – preferable but not mandatory
  • Basic Life Support – adults – within the past 12 months
  • Basic Life Support – paeds – within the past 12 months
  • Safeguarding Adults level 3 – within the past 3 years
  • Safeguarding Children level 3 – within the past 3 years

Qualifications:

  • Must be Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice / HEE ACP Digital Badge or Level 7 qualification in Minor Illness and Injury.
  • Prescribing certificate (V300).

Experience:

Must have experience in Primary Care, A&E and Urgent Treatment Centres / Out of Hours.
