About the Role
We are looking for a committed and experienced Deputy Manager to oversee the launch and ongoing operation of our Residential and Respite Care in Chorley. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home.
- Lead, motivate and supervise the staff team.
