We’re looking for a dedicated and ambitious Demi Chef de Partie to join our award-winning team at Dormy House Hotel & Spa — one of the Cotswolds’ most recognised boutique luxury hotels. Dormy House is home to 3 AA Rosette dining at The Back Garden and our Michelin-featured chef’s table, MO.

As Demi Chef de Partie, you’ll work alongside a skilled, supportive brigade under the guidance of Michelin-starred Culinary Director Martin Burge, giving you the perfect environment to build confidence, refine core techniques and grow into your next role. You’ll be joining a calm, well-organised and well-equipped kitchen where quality, teamwork and consistency are at the heart of everything we do. What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting your section to deliver consistently high-quality dishes
  • Preparing ingredients and assisting with mise en place and service
  • Working closely with senior chefs to learn and develop
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
  • Helping to keep service smooth, efficient and professional
  • Contributing to stock control, prep and organisation

The details:

  • £35,692 per year Plus service charge (£3,000–£3,500 OTE)
  • Approximately £39,000 total earnings
  • 48 hours per week
  • Meals on duty and uniform provided
