Social Value Portal is hiring a Senior Product Manager to join their team. This is your chance to shape market-leading SaaS products that have already delivered over £47bn in social value - with a mission to reach £100bn.

The Role
As Senior Product Manager, you’ll own the full product lifecycle - from discovery and user research through to delivery and optimisation. You will:
- Translate ideas into user stories and work hands-on with development teams in an agile environment.
- Shape product strategy with insights from customers, markets, and stakeholders.
- Partner with design, engineering, and marketing to launch impactful features.
- Drive discovery, experimentation, and data-driven decision making.
- Act as a liaison between departments to address any issues or obstacles that may arise.
- Define KPI’s to measure the success of product outcomes.
- Optionally, take on line management responsibility for product team members.
What You’ll Bring
You will have:
- Proven experience in B2B software product management (SaaS preferred).
- Strong agile background (Scrum/Kanban), confident writing and refining user stories.
- Customer-facing skills with the ability to connect insight to strategy.
- Experience incorporating AI into workflow or product thinking.
- Collaborative, curious, and outcome-focused mindset.

£75–85k base salary (depending on experience). Hybrid working: 2–3 days in our London office, 9:00–5:30. 25 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off. Six paid volunteering days per year.
