We’re currently strengthening our engineering team at Roberts Bakery 1887, and we’re looking for Multi-Skilled / Electrical Shift Engineers who want stability, progression and to be genuinely valued. This isn’t a short-term fix or agency cover role. It’s a permanent position on a well-invested, high-volume food manufacturing site, with strong leadership and a clear plan to grow our in‑house engineering capability.
