At Procurae Group, we believe great care starts with great people — and we’re looking for an energetic and outgoing Candidate Attraction Coordinator to help us find them. This is not just a desk-based recruitment role. You’ll be out in the community attending job fairs, recruitment events, colleges, and community initiatives, promoting rewarding careers in social care and engaging directly with future Support Workers and Team Leaders.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Attending recruitment events, careers fairs, and outreach activities across the county
- Building relationships with colleges, training providers, and local organisations
- Engaging with potential candidates face-to-face and promoting careers in social care
- Supporting recruitment open days and attraction campaigns
- Creating engaging social media content, sharing event updates, vacancies, and success stories
- Building local talent pipelines through networking and community engagement
- Working closely with recruiters and service managers to support local hiring needs
About You
- We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident, friendly, and people-focused
- Comfortable speaking with new people and representing the organisation professionally
- Passionate about making a difference and promoting meaningful careers
- Experienced in recruitment, community engagement, marketing, or social care (preferred but not essential)
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable travelling regularly
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.
