This is a Talentpool vacancy for the Cambridgeshire Direct Payments Service. Individual employers are recruiting for Personal Assistants across the Cambridgeshire area. Personal Assistants (PA’s) are directly employed by people who receive health and/or social care funding and need support to enable them to live as independently as possible in their home.
Hours of employment can vary from a few hours each week to a few hours each day. Previous experience as a Personal Assistant is not essential – the right attitude and willingness to learn is just as important. You need to be caring, understanding, patient, reliable and flexible.
