Here at Procurae Group we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to join our friendly and growing recruitment team. This is not just a desk-based role, you'll be out in the community attending recruitment events, careers fairs and outreach activities, helping attract passionate people into rewarding careers in social care.
About Us
Procurae Group provides care and support services across the North, East and South of England. We support people with learning disabilities, complex needs and mental health support needs and are proud to be an Outstanding-rated CQC provider.
The Role
- Attend recruitment events and community outreach activities
- Promote vacancies and careers in social care
- Source, screen and interview candidates
- Complete DBS, reference and onboarding checks
- Create engaging job adverts and support recruitment campaigns
- Build relationships within local communities and candidate networks
About You
- Confident, outgoing and people-focused
- Organised with excellent communication skills
- Passionate about recruitment and making a difference
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Experience in healthcare recruitment or social care is beneficial but not essential.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
