The Marsham Court Hotel has been making huge developments over the last few years, making it one of the most accessible and inclusive venues in the UK. With a focus on employee welfare, flexibility and creating a dynamic atmosphere, we pride ourselves on our amazing team.
This is a part-time flexible contract, but we specifically need people who are available on Fridays and Sundays.
Responsibilities- Be part of an established team cleaning our 95 refurbished bedrooms
- Help our Head housekeeper to manage the laundry in the building
- Have an eye for detail and a passion for helping our guests to create special memories
- Enjoy taking responsibility for your own work and pride in what you can achieve
- Want to be a part of making the Marsham Court look and feel amazing for our guests
We are looking for people with the desire to learn and grow in an environment that encourages you to use your flare to deliver amazing experiences for our guests. You don’t need to have years of experience to join us – just a willingness to learn and a positive attitude towards work. Most importantly, we just need you to be reliable and enjoy working as part of a large team.

- An increased social calendar to get our team together more often outside of work
- A partnership with Bourne Free to deliver an event for the elderly LGBTQ+ community
- A huge fundraising event for Dorset Children’s Foundation
