  • Lead a service team to achieve consistently high standards for breakfast, lunch and dinner
  • Assist with the delivery of banqueting and catering functions
  • Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and organization in our service areas

For this role we are ideally looking for candidates with some hotel experience, but this is not essential. As long as you have the willingness to learn and good transferable skills, we would love to hear from you. This is a night time role with shifts ranging from 11pm to 9am five days per week.

A Hotel With Heart: The Marsham Court is committed to being the most responsible and ethically driven business we can be. Following a major development project, we are now one of the most accessible hotels in the UK with facilities that go way beyond what you would find in your average hotel.

We have developed our CREW team who work within our business to drive change in three main areas: Sustainability, Community Outreach, and Employee Welfare. These projects are designed and led by the team meaning you can be a part of the change that you want to see.

Some of the projects we are working on include:

  • New recycling and energy saving programmes
  • Mental health first aid qualifications for key team members
  • An increased social calendar to get our team together more often outside of work
  • A partnership with Bourne Free to deliver an event for the elderly LGBTQ+ community
  • A huge fundraising event for Dorset Children’s Foundation

  • We want our Marsham Court family to be as diverse as the world around us
  • We make sure that every person who works here has the same opportunities to develop and thrive
  • We believe that everyone should be treated the same, fairly and with respect
  • We create a culture of understanding, support and unity
  • We acknowledge and embrace each other’s differences rather than ignoring them
