Key Responsibilities
- Support our Food & Beverage Manager to deliver excellent service to our residential guests.
- Lead a service team to achieve consistently high standards for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Assist with the delivery of banqueting and catering functions.
- Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and organization in our service areas.
- Help to make our hotel look and feel beautiful with an eye for detail.
- Help to train new team members and give them the best start possible.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Help us to ensure our team are happy and working effectively in a pleasant environment.
The role is contracted at 38 hours per week with occasional possibility of overtime. The schedule will include split shifts working breakfast and dinner. We are looking for candidates with some hotel experience, but this is not essential. As long as you have the willingness to learn and good transferable skills, we would love to hear from you. This is a nighttime role with shifts ranging from 11pm to 9am five days per week.
