This is a great opportunity to join us as a Team Leader and help shape a service that has been successfully growing since its launch in October 2025. You will play a pivotal role in our next chapter, combining hands-on support with leadership and coordination responsibilities to ensure safe, consistent, and person-centred care delivery.
Key Responsibilities of the Team Leader:- Provide strong, visible leadership to ensure the delivery of safe, consistent, high-quality support
- Coordinate staff rotas, manage shift coverage, and oversee daily handovers
- Conduct regular supervisions, appraisals, and ongoing mentoring of staff
- Support the induction and training of new team members, ensuring understanding of PBS strategies and person-centred principles
- Monitor and review support plans, risk assessments, and daily documentation
- Work closely with the Registered Manager and PBS Lead to identify improvements and maintain compliance with CQC standards
- Model professional conduct and respectful interactions, promoting a positive and inclusive culture
- Lead by example through active participation in day-to-day support, fostering trust, safety, and structure
- Promote safeguarding, confidentiality, and dignity at all times.
- Proven experience leading in a care or support setting
- Understanding of Autism, ADHD, or complex behavioural needs
- Confident communicator and calm under pressure
- Positive role model with excellent teamwork and organisation skills
- Full UK driving licence required
- Competitive hourly rate (£15.00 per hour)
