Job Purpose: Provide care and support to a young man in his own home and community.
Main duties:
- Supervise to ensure health, wellbeing, and safety.
- Support with daily living activities.
- Encourage participation in sensory activities.
- Assist with eating, drinking, and monitoring fluid intake.
- Support mobility within the home.
- Provide personal care as needed.
- Prepare and administer medications.
- Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the employer.
