What You'll Do
- Develop relationships with engineering businesses, identify recruitment opportunities, and win new clients.
- Source, interview, and build relationships with candidates across the engineering markets.
- Match suitable candidates with vacancies, managing the recruitment process from initial contact to placement.
- Build your own specialist recruitment desk, gaining a strong understanding of your market and clients.
- Work towards performance targets while developing commercial skills necessary for a successful recruitment career.
