We are now looking for a Product Manager to join our Systems & Technology team on a full-time basis, working 35 hours per week for a two-year fixed-term contract.

The Benefits

  • Salary of £40,000 per annum
  • 25 days’ holiday pro rata plus bank holidays

  • Health Cash Plan
  • Group Life Assurance
  • Staff discount at our bar and café
  • Complimentary staff tickets
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave
  • Staff networks, forums and social groups

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with significant experience using Tessitura or other ticketing CRM applications, and digital product management experience, to join our iconic music and arts venue.

You’ll be enabled to enhance your technical expertise across a broad range of digital platforms, gaining valuable experience, developing new skills and strengthening your professional capabilities within a collaborative and supportive team.

What’s more, you’ll enjoy a superb package of benefits designed to support your wellbeing and work-life balance, with a range of rewards and employee perks that recognise your contribution and help you make the most of your time both inside and outside work.

The Role

As our Product Manager, you will support the development and improvement of our digital platforms, ensuring they operate effectively across our organisation.

Working closely with the Senior Product Manager, you’ll work with Tessitura, YesPlan, WordPress and True Tickets, as well as our website, co-ordinating platform rollouts, conducting user testing and delivering staff training to improve digital literacy.

Alongside this, you’ll strengthen our data capabilities by analysing information across multiple systems, supporting customer segmentation and advising colleagues on GDPR best practices.

Additionally, you will:

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver platform improvements
  • Manage qualitative surveys and support marketing analysis
  • Provide first-line troubleshooting for digital systems
  • Maintain system continuity documentation
  • Process supplier invoices and credit card reconciliations
  • Support colleagues across the Systems & Technology team as required

Please note, some evening and weekend work may be required to support our organisation.

About You

To be considered as a Product Manager, you will need:

  • Strong experience with Tessitura or at least two other ticketing CRM applications
  • Experience in digital product management, including user testing and working with technical teams to deliver ongoing improvements
  • Knowledge of GDPR and national data protection laws
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience liaising with third‑party agencies
  • Confidence in transforming, combining and analysing multiple datasets
  • The flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to people with varying levels of technical knowledge

The successful candidate must have a current and acceptable DBS check or be willing to undertake one due to the nature of the role.

Application Deadline: 2nd November 2026

Other organisations may call this role Digital Product Manager, Digital Systems Manager, CRM Product Manager, Ticketing Systems Manager, Digital Platforms Manager, Systems Product Manager, CRM Manager, or Digital Operations Manager.
