The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Front of House Team Leader who can lead, motivate and encourage the wider team to deliver an amazing guest experience at The Roundabout. Work alongside the management team to bring our shared vision to life. Help maintain smooth operations and consistency. Foster a warm and welcoming environment where guests feel comfortable and valued.

A little bit about us… At Social Pub and Kitchen, we pride ourselves on being individually crafted and hero great experiences at any time of the day or night. We tailor to our diverse range of guests, and our teams create the perfect place to socialise with friends, whether that be for Bottomless Brunch, sport or to join us for a great night out. Each venue is different and has its own unique identity, and this is something we celebrate in our teams too. We need our team to engage confidently with our guests, have a passion for great beer, cocktails, and sport. If it’s live it’s on, and we are the place to watch it.

A short distance away from Old Street station is The Roundabout Old Street. Our multitude of HD screens show every minute of all the best in sporting action, and with a premier menu of juicy burgers, pizzas and sharers, we're the favourite venue for meeting up and soaking in that match-day atmosphere.
