We're not looking for someone to manage a café. We're looking for someone to build a destination.

Do you have the commercial instincts to grow a hospitality business, the operational expertise to run a successful café or restaurant, and the entrepreneurial drive to create something special?

The Rotunda Heritage Bistro is looking for an ambitious, energetic and commercially minded Hospitality and Events Manager to transform an underutilised community asset into a thriving and profitable destination.

Located within the iconic Rotunda, our heritage bistro celebrates the rich history of the local area whilst offering a unique dining experience.

The venue includes a welcoming indoor café and event space alongside a beautiful outdoor area, creating endless opportunities for hospitality, events, catering and community engagement.

We are just a ten-minute walk along a direct route to the new Hill Dickinson Stadium, providing access to thousands of potential customers on match days and event days.

We know the opportunity is there.

We need someone with the vision, determination and expertise to unlock it.

What makes this role different? This is not simply a café manager position. We are looking for someone who will:

  • Develop and deliver a commercial growth strategy.
  • Increase profitability and customer numbers.
  • Grow event bookings and venue hire.
  • Build partnerships with local organisations and businesses.
  • Create a destination venue that people actively seek out.
  • Lead and inspire a team of staff and volunteers.
  • Help local people gain valuable hospitality work experience.

In return, we offer a competitive salary and a profit share arrangement , allowing the right person to directly benefit from the success they create.

If you have ever wanted the freedom to run your own hospitality business without the financial risk of starting from scratch, this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for.

Closing Date 11th September
