Rotex now sets the standards for maximizing yield and minimizing waste for a host of Fortune 500 companies in processing facilities around the world.
Rotex is now looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Runcorn, Cheshire.
Responsibilities
- Manage quotes and orders: Quickly and efficiently process customer and sales representative requests received via shared email inboxes and phone calls. Customers include end users, agencies, resellers, and others.
- Resolve order issues: Collaborate with internal and external parties to address shipment problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Deliver premium customer experience: Respond to inquiries within departmental time standards, ensuring professional and courteous service.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support: Provide mechanical troubleshooting and assistance via email, collaborating with experts to ensure accurate and effective responses to customer inquiries.
- Promote products proactively: Highlight New Product Initiatives (NPI) and product enhancement features to targeted customers to increase sales.
Profile / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent experience, with at least 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Knowledge of Microsoft CRM and GP is a plus but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office at an intermediate level.
- Basic understanding of 2D and 3D CAD is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Quick and accurate learner of technical information. Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment. A team player with a positive attitude.
