Weekend/Part Time Chef de Partie role at The Bull in Wanstead. You will be a key part of our back of house team at our independent, inviting modern local The Bull. Do you want to join a great team? Our Chef de Partie Role

This is a part time role with the majority of hours across Saturday and Sunday.

Back of house career progression is a real possibility for Chef de Parties that want it — our back of house people continue to develop through to Head Chefs. We also run an Apprenticeship Scheme.

The Bull in Wanstead is a beautiful, listed building and a former bank. The Bull has a rich history and has been a huge part of the local community since its inception as a pub ten years ago. The Bull is located on Wanstead High Street, 100 yards from Wanstead Tube Station, offering a great commute and a strong community pub environment. The Bull is part of Livelyhood pub group, an established London based operator of inviting and independent neighbourhood pubs.

About You

Experience in a similar position preferred or you’re ready to step up into a Chef de Partie role. Passion for fresh produce, consistent, flavoursome food, clear English communication, good organisational skills, knowledge of H&S, and a strong work ethic are valued. You will support the Head Chef in delivering Livelyhood’s fresh food offering aligned with our five Lively Ways (Authentic, Daring, People, Lively and Sustainable).
