THE HUNT IS ON for The Faber Fox in Crystal Palace’s next Chef de Partie. You’ll be an integral part of our back of house team at our independent, inviting modern local pub. Immediate Starts available.
Our Chef de Partie Roles
- Competitive ÂŁ12.64 - ÂŁ13.25 per hour (experience related)
- Additional tronc/service payments - looks like an additional ÂŁ1.50 ph. Takes average earnings to ÂŁ14.14 - ÂŁ14.75 ph.

About The Faber Fox in Crystal Palace
The Faber Fox is part of Livelyhood pub group, an established, London based owner, creator, and operator of inviting and independent neighbourhood pubs. The Faber Fox is a fantastic looking site, occupying a prime spot on Westow Hill. It rounds up all the best bits a neighbourhood local can offer including: a large bar and dining space serving delicious food and drink from local suppliers and producers; a dedicated sports area featuring giant screens showing all the latest games; and a heated outdoor garden and terrace boasting some of the area’s best views out over the capital.

About You
Experience in a similar position preferred or if you are ready to make the step up into a Chef de Partie role, we’d love to hear from you. Throw in your passion for fresh produce, consistent, flavoursome food, ability to communicate clearly in English, good organisational skills, knowledge of H & S, strong work ethic and you’ll have us at hello!
Our Chef de Partie will support the Head Chef in the delivery of Livelyhood’s fresh food offering that has our five Lively Ways (values) of Authentic, Daring, People, Lively and Sustainable at its very heart.
