Qualifications

  • Preferred experience in a similar Chef de Partie role
  • Passion for fresh produce and consistent, flavoursome food
  • Strong organisational and communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced kitchen
