The Livelyhood Pub Group is seeking an experienced General Manager to bring Leadership and Love to its independent, neighbourhood Pub The Regent Balham.
This pub\'s a bit special. Loyal guests, great outdoor space &a huge variety of reasons why guests choose to visit again and again.
Who are you?
- You are already an experienced Pub General Manager who runs their business with drive &passion - as if they own it.
- You\'re committed to people - that\'s guests, your team, suppliers and charity partners
- You wantfull P & L ownership, enjoy creating & implementing plans to drive your pub forwardto deliver a successful business that has authentichospitalityat its very heart.

It is a pretty handsome neighbourhood favourite thatserves darn tasty fresh, seasonal pub food, with a beer selection to take care of every palate, classic cocktails and wines to wet your whistle.
Due to a sustainable partnership with the local school it also enjoys a large outdoor garden with an outside food offer. And if you\'re looking for a great sports offer, live musicor somewhere to bring your dog, The Regent\'s got it all covered.

We currently have 7 independent, inviting modern locals in London.
You’ll find us in Crystal Palace (The Faber Fox ), Balham (The Regen t), Wimbledon (The Old Frizzle) , Wanstead (The Bull ), Clapham South (The Perky Nel), Bromley South (The Artful Duke ) & Elephant and Castle (The Rosy Hue ).
