Our General Managers: Drives Business and Elevates Guest Experience
Our ideal General Manager will:
- Relish having the autonomy and space to really drive their pub – we’re an independent operator, where driving not caretaking is our thing.
- Possess strong business acumen alongside a passion for elevating the guest experience.
A proven revenue driver, you’ll love developing your team to create and deliver memorable guest experiences.

What’s in it for You
- Salary of £45k – £47k based on your experience + tronc + Bonus
- AMAZING additional tronc/service payments – in region of a further £8k a year. OTE £53k – £55k
- 45 Hour working Weeks is the norm
