What we are looking for in our Floor Staff Roles:
- Previous experience in a wait or floor role is a must.
- Restaurant or pub food led experience welcome.
- You enjoy providing table service with personality - in a fun, food environment.
- A great attitude and a passion for hospitality remains a critical ingredient.
- Teamwork and reliability are the other key ingredients.
Key Floor/Wait Staff Responsibilities:
- Warm, welcoming greets and seating guests as they come into the pub.
- Taking and serving orders for both drinks and food.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
- Managing guest queries and being a key reason why they have a great visit and come back.
- Working as a team with the kitchen and other front of house team members to ensure that the floor service runs smoothly and efficiently.
