Working Hours
Fridays & Saturdays – between 6pm to close.
Responsibilities
- Stocking the Bar: Replenishing the bar with supplies such as spirits, beer, wine, mixers, and garnishes to ensure bartenders have everything they need to serve drinks quickly.
- Glassware: Collecting, cleaning, and restocking glasses, ensuring there is always enough clean glassware available.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Wiping down surfaces, clearing spills & rubbish and ensuring the bar area is tidy and presentable.
- Restocking Ice: Ensuring the ice machines are filled and ice is available for bartenders.
- Supporting Stocking: Assisting in tracking and replenishing stock throughout the shift.
- Handling Kegs and Bottles: Changing kegs when necessary and restocking bottled beer and drinks in coolers/fridges.
Compensation
Permanent roles available, paying up to £12.71 per hour plus tronc. Additional tronc/service payments averaging a further £1.50 per hour. Total earnings up to £14.21 per hour.
