Assistant Manager for The Rosy Hue in Elephant Park (SE17 1GQ). OTE £37,394k - £41k. We're on the hunt for a lively and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join us. About You:

  • Someone who shares the same passion and belief in the fun art of hospitality.
  • You find enjoyment in creating memorable guest experiences and thrive from putting a smile on both the teams and guests' faces.
  • You love developing the teams with ongoing training, engagement and feedback.
  • You drive to achieve KPIs and sales, supporting the GM to exceed budget targets.
  • Collaborative way of working and a keenness to be part of an independent business.
  • Previous relevant Assistant Manager experience in a £20k + pub or restaurant business.
  • Food-led experience is ideal as The Rosy Hue enjoys strong food sales.
  • Previous experience working with sport would be highly advantageous.

This is a role where you will support the pub's AGM and General Manager to take the business forward on the next stage of its journey and create positive guest memories with the team. Our Assistant Manager will lead in the delivery of Livelyhood’s fresh food offering that has our five Lively Ways (values) of Authentic, Daring, People, Lively and Sustainable at its very heart.

What we are offering:

  • A competitive salary of £31,394 -£35k based on your experience + tronc + Bonus.
  • Additional tronc/service payments – in region of £6K making OTE £37,394k - £41k.
  • Additional Assistant Manager bonus plan- £700 a quarter bonus pot.
