The predicted salary is between 40000 - 46000 £ per year.

We are seeking a highly motivated salaried GP for 4 sessions per week at Billet Lane Medical Practice on Monday and Wednesday. To manage caseloads and deal with a wide range of needs in primary care and ensure the highest standards of care is delivered to our patients. To carry out duties in a professional manner and to adhere to all the practices protocols, policies and guidelines at all times.

Main duties of the job:

  • Deliver effective medical care.
  • Generic prescribing adhering to local and national guidance.
  • Effective management of LTC.
  • Processing of admin in a timely manner, including referrals, repeat prescription requests and other tasks.
  • Duty doctor roles.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records.
  • Adhere to best practice recommended through clinical guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with the appraisal process.
  • Support the partners and management team in achieving strategic aims of the practice.

About us:

We are a newly formed partnership with 4 partners, nurses, admin team, practice manager, deputy manager and assistant manager.

Job responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Fully qualified GP with GMC registration.
  • Annual appraisal and revalidation.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
  • MDU cover.
  • UK work permit (if required).
  • Knowledge of EMIS.

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.

Depending on experience: £10,000 - £11,500 per session.
