CEO Role Summary The Chief Executive Officer is the Trust’s senior executive leader, responsible for overall performance, sustainability and future development.
Working with the Trust Board and Executive Team, the CEO will provide strategic direction, ensuring educational excellence, operational effectiveness and financial stewardship remain closely aligned.
Leading improvement across all schools, the successful candidate will safeguard the Trust’s values‑driven culture while strengthening partnerships, enhancing our profile and positioning the organisation for future opportunities.
As Accounting Officer, they will also ensure the highest standards of governance and accountability.
