We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Events Executive for a full-time, 45-hour-per-week role.

Job Purpose

The Sales & Events Executive will play a key role in generating revenue by converting incoming inquiries into confirmed bookings, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination of events. The ideal candidate will be sales-driven, customer-focused, and highly organized, with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Client Management
    • Respond promptly to event and group inquiries via email, phone, and other channels, providing accurate information about the hotels facilities, services, and packages.
    • Proactively seek and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue.
    • Prepare tailored proposals, contracts, and quotations to meet client needs and expectations.
    • Conduct site visits with potential clients, showcasing the property and its offerings.
    • Follow up on all proposals to maximize conversion rates and secure bookings.
  • Event Coordination
    • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure smooth event execution.
    • Collaborate with internal departments, including F&B and operations, to coordinate all aspects of events.
    • Update and maintain event documentation, including banquet event orders (BEOs) and client correspondence.
  • Revenue & Reporting
    • Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets for events and group bookings.
    • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Maintain accurate records of bookings, inquiries, and conversions in the CRM system.
  • Customer Service & Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
    • Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
    • Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and industry functions as required.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Support the room reservations department whenever required.
    • Stay knowledgeable about the hotel, including its facilities, services, and unique offerings, to assist clients and guests effectively.

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa.
