The Rose is a modern British pub in London known for fresh, seasonal food and exceptional pizzas in South East London. We are seeking a Sous Chef who can lead a busy kitchen, work with the Head Chef, and drive excellent service seven days a week.
You will train staff, maintain high presentation standards, and contribute to menu development to boost sales and guest satisfaction. This is a full-time role with opportunities for progression within Urban Pubs & Bars.
