We are The Rose Road Association, a Registered Charity providing essential care and support services in Southampton. We are passionate about supporting children and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and/or autism.
We are seeking to recruit a great Outreach Worker, someone with the right values and attitudes to work in the community or in a person’s home. Could this be you?
You don’t need to have previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications, as we are happy to work with you to develop your competence in the role and increase your confidence in the work that we do. However, you do need to be a driver and have access to your own vehicle for work.
