The Rose Fulham is part of Moonshine Bars , an independent London pub business entering an exciting period of growth. As we prepare to launch a second venue, we're looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead The Rose and play a key role in our next chapter.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives on building great teams, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and driving commercial success.
The Role
As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of The Rose, ensuring exceptional standards across service, food, drink and team culture. Working closely with the owners, you'll have the autonomy to make a real impact while being supported by a growing independent business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and service standards.
Drive sales, profitability and operational performance.
Manage recruitment, training and staff development.
Maintain excellent standards of food, drink and venue presentation.
Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety and company policies.
Build strong relationships within the local community.

Proven experience as a General Manager or senior hospitality leader.
Strong commercial awareness and people management skills.
