The Rosalind Franklin Institute invites applications for a Research Associate to develop and apply persistent homology to classify cellular structures from 2-D microscopy and 3-D tomograms, supporting the VirtuAI Cell project and in-silico cell simulations.

You will collaborate with biologists and data scientists, contribute to ML modelling of cellular data, supervise data annotation, and help advance topological data analysis within an interdisciplinary team.
