We're looking for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our established Fareham branch. You'll be joining an existing team with a branch manager on site, so you'll have the support, the portfolio, and the platform to hit the ground running and earn well from day one. What You'll Be Doing
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Conducting viewings and following up proactively
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Managing the lettings process from offer through to move-in
- Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Generating new instructions and contributing to branch growth
- Keeping CRM records and property portals up to date
Qualifications
