The Roofing Centre Ltd are currently looking to recruit an Internal Sales Assistant to join our branch in Woburn Sands MK17 8UD. The role will involve trade counter sales, online sales, and customer facing duties, working alongside our experienced branch management team to enhance our ever-growing reputation in the area.
Daily tasks will include:
- Handling face-to-face customer enquiries
- Managing online enquiries
- Processing orders
- Building relationships with customers and suppliers
- Working closely with our sales and yard team
Requirements:
- Previous roofing/building supplies sales experience is essential
- Positive, can-do personality
- Attention to detail
- Strong product knowledge
- A real passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills and confidence using email/IT systems
- Good work ethic to work alongside our motivated team
Working hours are 7:00am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday only. The right candidate will have the opportunity to learn from our current management team, grow their skills in the roofing industry, and hopefully progress to a more senior role in the future.
