Close to an acre of private gardens with views across London to the horizon, The Roof Gardens is a new generation members club. A place of escape, bursting with wildflowers, olive and mulberry trees, grassy lawns and hidden nooks. An Art Deco gem created in 1938, The Roof Gardens has a legendary legacy. We’re seeking a committed and detail-oriented Washroom Attendant to join our team at The Roof Gardens. Our back‑of‑house team is essential to the seamless operation of our venue, supporting all departments with efficiency, precision, and care. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth service and maintaining our high standards. Please be aware, this role requires evening and late night availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Previous experience as a Washroom Attendant, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in all washroom areas throughout each shift
  • Monitor and replenish supplies as needed and ensure all washroom fixtures and equipment are functioning properly
  • Provide courteous assistance to guests, offering directions, addressing concerns, and delivering a personable service experience
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
