Senior Marketing Communications Manager

The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and creative Senior Marketing & Communications Manager to champion our brand and lead marketing initiatives across the club.

This role is pivotal in ensuring that our brand identity and voice are consistently represented across all touchpoints. You will lead impactful campaigns that drive both community engagement and commercial growth – supporting food and beverage initiatives across the club while elevating the overall member experience.

Key Responsibilities
:

• 3-4 years of marketing experience within the luxury or hospitality industry; multi-concept dining experience is highly desirable
• Working alongside the Marketing Director to define, plan, and execute a quarterly marketing calendar that enhances our brand and supports delivery of company targets
• Manage the development and implementation of marketing and communications strategies to support business objectives
• Lead, coach, and oversee the Marketing Executive, ensuring their projects are delivered on time, to standard, and contribute to overall team objectives
• Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including: brochures, menus, event signage, and other materials ensuring alignment with brand standards.
• Liaise with the PR agency, managing timelines to ensure delivery of coverage and achievement of media objectives
• Collaborate with chefs, operations, events, membership, finance teams, as well as agencies and freelancers, to deliver cohesive marketing initiatives
• Support the promotion of club events, launches, and activations, ensuring members are kept informed and engaged across channels
