A place of escape, bursting with wildflowers, olive and mulberry trees, grassy lawns and hidden nooks. An Art Deco gem created in 1938, The Roof Gardens has a legendary legacy. We’re seeking a confident and charismatic Receptionist to join the vibrant front of house team at The Roof Gardens. As a warm and professional presence, you’ll become a familiar face to our members, ensuring their experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a member-facing role within the luxury hospitality market
- Welcome and register members with warmth and professionalism, serving as a memorable first and last point of contact
- Build one-to-one relationships with members to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain accurate member data, including preferences, to personalise future visits
- Manage all member enquiries in a timely manner, including reservations, cancellations, confirmations, private event bookings and general queries via phone and email
- Demonstrate an exemplary understanding of club facilities and events, staying fully informed of daily and weekly activities
- Support the events team in the coordination and execution of member and large-scale events
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
