As the Membership Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for members and their guests within the club. Working across evenings and weekends, you will ensure that every visit delivers a personalized and seamless experience tailored to individual preferences. As a visible presence on the floor and a trusted ambassador for The Roof Gardens, you will embody the club’s values through professionalism, warmth, and integrity. Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate genuine, lasting relationships with members and their guests, fostering a warm and welcoming environment whilst delivering attentive and friendly service from arrival to departure.
  • Support membership growth by conducting ‘table touches’ to engage with members and their guests, sharing club offerings and promoting the value of membership.
  • Ensure VIP members receive smooth, discreet, and exceptional service upon entry and throughout their visit.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to member requests.
  • Recommend improvements and innovations that drive member retention and continually enhance the overall experience.
  • Compile member feedback and report this to the Membership team through the Member Experience Report, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Exercise sound judgment and autonomy in making decisions that enhance the member experience.
  • Review daily booking to ensure personalised recognition of members prior to arrival.

About you

  • Demonstratable experience in a similar Member/Customer relations role in a similar business in the luxury market.
  • Prior experience working with Seven Rooms and CRM systems.
  • Passionate about curating exceptional member experiences.
  • Engaging, personable and professional at all times with exceptional attention to details.
  • Discretion, confidentiality, and a true passion for hospitality and customer service.
  • A desire to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
