We’re looking for a detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to help shape and optimise the technology that powers our venues. Working at the intersection of business and IT, you’ll lead projects and improve systems that support outstanding experiences for both our teams and members.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Process Improvement - Partner with teams across Membership, F&B, Sales, Revenue and Finance to analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities to enhance systems.
- Systems Optimisation & Project Delivery - Lead the implementation, upgrade and integration of core hospitality and business systems, managing projects end-to-end and ensuring solutions are efficient, scalable and user-focused.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Systems Expertise - Act as a subject-matter expert for business systems, leading cross-functional workshops with internal teams and vendors, supporting testing cycles, and ensuring smooth adoption and issue resolution.
- Data, Governance & Technology Strategy - Enable data-driven decision-making through accurate reporting, maintain system documentation and governance standards, manage IT contracts and costs, and contribute to the long-term digital and infrastructure roadmap.
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience delivering user-focused digital platforms and high-quality customer experiences.
- Strong CRM experience, including data management, reporting and analysis.
- Experience managing and integrating multiple digital platforms, working with cloud and enterprise tools (e.g. Salesforce, Google Cloud), agencies and tender processes.
- Knowledge of modern AI technologies (LLMs, generative, predictive and agentic AI) with a strong interest in emerging tech and innovation.
- Clear, structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills, able to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Collaborative, emotionally intelligent communicator with commercial awareness, a strong UX mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Competitive salary above market rate. 20 days holiday (excluding bank holidays).
