We're seeking a confident and charismatic Assistant Reception Manager to join the vibrant front of house team at The Roof Gardens. As a warm and professional presence, you'll become a familiar face to our members, ensuring their experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Reception Manager in overseeing the smooth running of the Front of House and reception area.
- Assist with team scheduling, coordination, and daily task allocation to ensure operational efficiency.
- Help manage reservations, cancellations, confirmations, and general enquiries via phone and email.
- Liaise with F&B, Membership, and Events teams to guarantee a seamless guest journey across all areas of the Club.
- Assist with event preparation and coordination for both large-scale and member events.
- Create a positive, motivating, and professional work environment that encourages development.
Skills & Experience
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a premium or luxury environment.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confidence in managing guest interactions and resolving issues calmly and professionally.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
