Close to an acre of private gardens with views across London to the horizon, the club is a new‑generation members venue set in an Art Deco gem created in 1938. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Outstanding IT Support – Serve as the go‑to person for 1st and 2nd line IT support, helping colleagues resolve hardware, software and network issues quickly and confidently.
- Support Key Hospitality & Business Systems – Own support for critical systems across the business, including Micros Simphony POS, payment platforms, CRM and membership systems.
- Technology Security, Stability & Reliability – Maintain servers, networks and cybersecurity defences, proactively identifying and resolving issues, managing access controls and ensuring data protection and GDPR compliance.
- Improve, Develop & Enable the Business – Work closely with the IT Director and teams to implement new systems, optimise existing technology and train colleagues to use digital tools effectively.
Skills and Requirements
- Prior experience in IT support within a restaurant, hospitality or F&B environment.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, endpoint management and experience with Micro Simphony POS, including Simphony EMC configuration and troubleshooting.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to problem‑solve and work independently.
- Exceptional customer service skills, able to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical users.
- Experience supporting a mixture of platforms, including Windows, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Apple Devices.
