We\’re seeking a confident and charismatic Head Waiter/Waitress to join the vibrant front of house team at The Roof Gardens. As a warm and professional presence, you\’ll become a familiar face to our members, ensuring their experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable from beginning to end.
Responsibilities
- A minimum of 3 years\’ experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress in the luxury hospitality market
- Proven ability to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure seamless service delivery
- Confidence in preparing the restaurant for service, including stock checks and supply readiness
- Strong leadership skills to supervise junior team members and maintain the highest standards of execution
- Accuracy in processing bills and payments in line with company procedures
- A guest-focused approach, going above and beyond to provide a warm welcome, offer informed recommendations, and maximise upselling opportunities
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
- The Roof Gardens is a social club in the sky, 100 feet above the streets of Kensington. Close to an acre of private gardens with views across London to the horizon, The Roof Gardens is a new generation members club.
