We are looking for a confident Waiter to join The Rooftop Gardens front of house team as a familiar and friendly face for our members, delivering memorable dining experiences from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations under direction of Restaurant Manager and Section Head Waiter.
  • Check guest allergies, discuss menu specials, take orders, provide relevant suggestions.
  • Liaise with sommeliers, deliver food, clear tables, crumble down to tables, process bills and payments accurately.
  • Collaborate with team, pre‑empt difficult situations, flag to Head Waiter for resolution.
  • Attend training workshops and briefings to enhance knowledge of member preferences.
  • Prepare restaurant before service, ensuring stock, supplies, handheld devices, POS systems, and PDQ machines are charged and operational.
  • Clear down after service, prepare for next shift.
  • Handle general departmental administration and ensure adherence to health and safety procedures.
  • Maintain knowledge of SOP manual for efficient operations.

  • Minimum 3 years experience in luxury market.

  • Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
