We’re seeking a confident and charismatic Cocktail Waiter/Waitress to join the vibrant front‑of‑house team at The Roof Gardens. As a warm and professional presence, you’ll become a familiar face to our members, ensuring their experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable from beginning to end.

Responsibilities

• Previous experience as a Cocktail Waiter/Waitress in the luxury hospitality market
• Exceed guest expectations by serving food and drink with professionalism, product knowledge, and a warm, accommodating approach
• Greet members and guests with friendliness and professionalism, creating a strong first impression
• Accurately take and process food and drink orders in all service areas in line with company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lounge area
• Accurately process payments in line with company procedures
• Be proactive and hands‑on during shifts, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork to ensure efficient service delivery
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
