Provide prompt, friendly service and learn member preferences where possible. Collaborate with F&B team to achieve departmental KPI’s, contribute creative ideas and attend training sessions.
  • Compliance: Keep all bar areas clean and tidy, checking taps and appliances to confirm that they are working properly, making minor repairs or changing out kegs if needed. Ensure you comply with club security, fire regulations, health and safety regulations, licensing requirements and any other company policy and procedure.
