A place of escape, bursting with wildflowers, olive and mulberry trees, grassy lawns and hidden nooks. An Art Deco gem created in 1938, The Roof Gardens has a legendary legacy. The Role

We’re seeking a confident and charismatic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the vibrant front of house team at The Roof Gardens. As a warm and professional presence, you’ll become a familiar face to our members, ensuring their experience is seamless, welcoming, and memorable from beginning to end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in the luxury hospitality market
• Enhance customer experience by inspiring and guiding the team to adhere to set service standards, providing immediate oversight and direction and real-time solutions where needed
• Assist with daily financial tasks as well as contributing to financial reporting by providing accurate data and observations
• Manage team training and scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts
• Be the primary point of contact for member feedback, handling any queries immediately to enhance overall dining experience
• Oversee the day-to-day inventory needs, ensuring stock levels are maintained and orders are placed timely
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards, whilst coordinating with cleaning staff and vendors for regular maintenance and urgent repairs
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
