About This Role

SEND Teacher – Full Time – MPR/UPR – Permanent contract – Required from September 2026

Are you passionate about inclusive education and supporting young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities? We are seeking a dedicated SEND Teacher to join our Resource Provision/SEND Department. Working closely with the Assistant Headteacher (SEND & Inclusion), you will support KS3 and KS4 pupils, most of whom are working at KS1–KS2 levels, ensuring strong academic progress and positive EHCP outcomes.

The Role

• Deliver high-quality, personalised teaching for SEND learners
• Plan, assess and adapt learning to meet individual needs
• Support pupils’ pastoral wellbeing and positive behaviour
• Work collaboratively with staff, parents and external agencies
• Contribute to SEND provision and wider school life
